alison manning

Alison specialises in wellbeing development for organisations, families and individuals.

This involves identifying possibilities for change and growth, and developing strategies and skills to shift what is currently preventing an organisation, family or individual from flourishing.

Alison brings enthusiasm and a complex mix of skills to her work, and loves working co-operatively with organisations, families and individuals, designing solutions to problems that lock up energy and stifle possibility.

In recent years, while studying psychology, Alison became interested in the transformational possibilities offered by contemporary Positive Psychology coaching research and practice, and added organisational, family and individual coaching to her professional skill-set.

Alison is an experienced mediator and conflict management coach, nationally accredited in Australia as a registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and also a member of number of public mediation panels including NSW Health Conciliation Registry, Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing, NSW Farm Debt Mediation Panel and the NSW Department of Fair Trading panels of mediators.

Alison created Mindspan to provide insightful, effective, respectful and empowering experiences for organisations, families and individuals seeking to develop their potential to flourish.
